Order Cancellation
To cancel an order already placed, please contact us at help@mimoye.com; before placing the order for shipment.
We should cancel your order and refund you within 1 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled as the package is already in transit and cannot be intercepted.
Buyers may choose to refuse the delivery; however, any shipping costs incurred due to the refusal will be the buyer’s responsibility. If you have already received the goods, please see the following terms and conditions.
After confirming the return address with us and we have received your returned package and confirmed that the package is complete and the product is unused and in good condition, we will perform a refund in 1 business days.
Return
We offer returns within 3 days of delivery.
You need to pay the logistics fee to return the item to our warehouse.
You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Mimoye. Warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed 3 days after the delivery date.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items:
Used products, special orders and gift orders may not be returned except in extreme cases of breakage/failure under our warranty.
For these cases, we will provide you with new parts."Build and Delivery" fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable Items Include, But are not limited to:
①Product from Unauthorized Reseller
②Damage caused by humans
③Special orders
Refund
·Quality issues: Full or partial refund according to the situation.
·Received wrong goods: Free exchange or full refund.
·Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of UPS or any other parcel service.
·Customers refuse to accept the package: $50 restocking fee per item will be charged. The customer needs to pay an extra 50 to initiate a resend.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 5-7 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the request and inspect the merchandise.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product(s). If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund as well.
